Mango Raspberry Cocktail

The vitamin balance of this cocktail is impressive. The mango raspberry cocktail delivers many fibers for one drink.

Ingredients

  • 350 g ripe mango (1 ripe mango)
  • 200 g pink grapefruit (1 pink grapefruit)
  • 2 stems Mint
  • 150 g raspberries
  • Mineral water (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the mango and peel it with a paring knife. Cut the flesh into slices from the pit and dice.

    Halve the grapefruit and juice it.

  3. 3.

    Wash the mint, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and cut them into fine strips.

    If necessary, gently wash the raspberries, drain them, and combine them with the mango cubes and grapefruit juice in a tall vessel. Blend very finely with an immersion blender and whisk until frothy. Pour over ice cubes into glasses, top with mineral water if desired, and garnish with mint strips.
