A refreshing Papaya Orange Smoothie with frozen raspberries from Spoonsparrow: This will delight those mindful of their figure!

Ingredients

  • 200 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
  • 8 orange juices
  • 100 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 stalk lemon balm (optional)

Instructions

    Peel the papaya, halve it and remove the seeds with a spoon.

    Cut the fruit flesh into large pieces.

    Squeeze the oranges. Add the papaya and orange juice to the stand mixer, then add frozen raspberries straight from the package.
