Ingredients
- 750 g tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 4 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Briefly blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, peel, seed and dice into small cubes.

Wash, trim, halve, deseed the bell pepper, remove all white membranes and dice into small cubes.

Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onions.

Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onions and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Serve the vegetable tartare.
