Ingredients
- 1 salad leaf
- 150 g fresh tartare (lean ground beef without fat and tendons)
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp diced onion
- 1 tsp Capers
- 4 sardine fillets (canned)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash the salad leaf, pat dry, and place on a plate. Shape the tartare into a ball, flatten slightly, create a shallow indentation in the center, and set it on the salad leaf.

Crack the egg and place it in the indentation. Decoratively arrange chives, onions, capers, and sardines around it, and serve salt and pepper separately.
