Ingredients
- 400 g white beans (canned)
- 1 large red onion
- 0.5 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 300 g tuna (canned in own juice)
- 0.5 handful basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Place the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Peel the onion, halve it and slice thinly. Wash the cucumber and dice small. Wash the tomatoes, cut off stems and slice into wedges. Drain the tuna. Wash basil, shake dry and roughly chop.

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Transfer the vegetable salad with tuna to a serving bowl and adjust seasoning if desired before eating.
