Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 0.5 head romaine lettuce
- 2 Bell peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 1 chili pepper
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 100 g peanut kernels
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt

Wash and pat dry the chicken, cut into wide strips. Mix soy sauce with honey and pepper, marinate the strips while turning occasionally for 1 hour. Wash the lettuce, drain, tear into bite‑sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, slice into strips.

Wash the chili, halve, remove seeds, finely chop. Peel cucumber, julienne thinly. Brown the chicken in oil all around. Arrange salad on plates, sprinkle with peanuts and chili. Peel ginger, grate finely. Whisk lime juice, oil, salt, pepper to make a dressing; fold in ginger, drizzle over salad, garnish with coriander leaves, serve with hot chicken strips.
