Ingredients
- 1 stick celery stalks
- 8 slices light whole grain bread (deveined)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp horseradish (fresh grated or jarred)
- 1 can tuna (natural)
- Salt
- black pepper (ground fresh)
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions

Wash, trim and slice the celery.

Drain the tuna and flake it.

Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise and horseradish; season with salt and pepper, then fold in tuna and celery.

Spread the tuna mixture on the bread slices, roll them up, and secure each with a toothpick. Serve chilled.
