Ingredients

  • 400 g tuna
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 bunch arugula
  • 2 Radishes

Instructions

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel it. Dice the tuna, avocado, and spring onions finely, mix with lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the arugula, shake off excess water, and pat dry. Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them thinly.

    Arrange the tuna tartare on plates over a bed of arugula, garnish with radish slices, and serve immediately.
