Ingredients
- 150 g rice noodles
- Salt
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and let them dry well. Peel, trim, and wash the cucumber, carrot, and cabbage. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and deseed it. Cut all vegetables into fine strips or julienne. Rinse and drain the sprouts. Mix all prepared ingredients with rice vinegar and cilantro.

Wash, trim, and pat the lettuce leaves dry. Distribute the vegetable mixture on the lettuce leaves and roll them up.
