Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 200 ml water
- Salt
- 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 600 g mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini)
- oil (for the deep fryer)
- Lemon juice
Instructions

Mix 200 g flour with 1 egg, 1 yolk, 200 ml water, salt and the chopped chili into a smooth dough and let it rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the deep fryer and preheat to 180°C.

First coat the vegetables in the remaining flour, then roll them through the dough. Immediately fry until golden yellow, drain on paper towels, and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve the vegetable balls on skewers as desired.
