Ingredients
- 800 g Teltow turnip
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions

Peel and clean the turnips, leaving a bit of green on them.

Whisk the powdered sugar with the butter in a hot pan until foamy.

Sauté the vegetables and lightly caramelize.

Pour in lemon juice and a little water, season with salt, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.

Leave uncovered to evaporate the liquid again and serve garnished with parsley.
