Vegan pistachio almond milk from Spoonsparrow ❤︎ Homemade nut milk for special moments

Ingredients

  • 150 g roasted and peeled pistachios
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tsp ground tonka bean
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (ground green tea)
  • 20 g white almond butter (1 tbsp)

Instructions

    Soak pistachios for 4 hours in 500 ml water. Then drain the water and rinse the pistachios thoroughly.

    Add soaked pistachios with 1 liter water and dates to a blender and blend.

  3. 3.

    Pour the pistachio milk through a nut milk bag or very fine sieve into a pot. Stir in tonka bean, matcha, and almond butter and warm the pistachio‑almond milk over medium heat.

    Pour the pistachio‑almond milk into glasses and enjoy warm.
