Oat Banana Shake

The oat banana shake from Spoonsparrow is perfect as a post‑workout supplement, packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 small banana (100 g)
  • 2 dried dates (pitted)
  • 50 g soft rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp cashew nuts (15 g)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 300 g soy quark (or silken tofu)
  • 200 ml soy drink (soy milk)

Instructions

    Peel, wash and finely chop the carrot. Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Chop the dates as well.

    Add the carrot, banana, dates, oats, cashew nuts, cinnamon, soy quark, soy drink and 200 ml water to a high‑speed blender. Blend until smooth, pour into two glasses and enjoy.
