Avocado smoothie with apple by Spoonsparrow: green protein power to sip

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 Apples (Granny Smith)
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp Matcha tea powder (for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 300 g Low-fat quark
  • 6 ice cubes
  • chili powder

Instructions

    Peel the avocados, halve them, remove the pits and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.

    Blend the avocados, apples, lime juice, matcha, maple syrup, buttermilk, quark and ice cubes until smooth. Serve the avocado smoothie seasoned with chili.
