Ingredients

  • 70 g vegan dark chocolate
  • 300 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 50 g vegan dark chocolate chips (for baking)
  • 70 g raw cane sugar
  • 50 ml Rapeseed Oil
  • 50 ml peanut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and mix with flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and sugar in a bowl. Then stir in the oils and vanilla extract, shape dough into small balls using a spoon, and place on a parchment-lined tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas level 3–4) for 20 minutes. Enjoy the vegan chocolate chip cookies best while still warm.
