Cookies with white and dark chocolate by Spoonsparrow – a sweet temptation that always hits the mark.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Soft Butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 whisked large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
  • 100 g white chocolate (chopped into small pieces)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together. Gradually add the egg, then vanilla extract. Mix flour and baking powder, fold in gently. Fold in dark and white chocolate chips.

    Using a teaspoon, drop large dough mounds onto the baking sheet, leaving about 5 cm spacing. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cookies are golden brown. Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before serving.
