Ingredients
- 125 g soft butter
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 40 g peanut butter
- 125 g spelt flour type 1050
- 50 g tender oats
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g shelled peanuts
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Gradually fold in the eggs, then add the peanut butter. Mix spelt flour and baking powder together, incorporate into the batter to form a smooth dough. Roughly chop the peanuts and stir them in along with the chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet (spacing them apart), flatten slightly and press a criss‑cross pattern with a fork if desired.

Bake the Oat-Nut Cookies in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 13–15 minutes. Remove from the sheet and let cool.
