Ingredients
- 8 thin veal cutlets (about 80 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 8 slices Parma ham
- 8 sage leaves
- 125 g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Wash the cutlets, pat dry and if necessary gently flatten them. Season with salt and pepper and top with the ham slices and sage.

Cut the mozzarella into pieces and distribute over the slices. Roll up the slices and secure with toothpicks; fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on all sides. Plate and serve.
