Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 720 g lamb chops (8 lamb chops)
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 4 halved lemon slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 1.5 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 80 ml lamb stock
Instructions

Peel the garlic. Wash the lamb chops, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. With the lemon slices in hot oil, sear both sides for 2 minutes over high heat. Remove and arrange on preheated plates.

Add basil, garlic, lemon zest and juice with the stock to the pan, bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Spoon over the chops and garnish with the seared lemon slices.
