Ingredients
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 6 stems thyme
- 5 fresh bay leaves
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 10 chili peppers (depending on desired heat level)
- 2 l olive oil
Instructions

Rinse the rosemary and thyme briefly and pat dry. Fill a prepared bottle (about 1 l capacity) with rosemary and bay leaves. Peel and halve the garlic cloves. Add them with the thyme to another bottle (about 0.7 l capacity).

Blanch the chili peppers in boiling water for a short time. Drain, pat dry, and cut lengthwise into halves. Place them in a third bottle (about 0.5 l capacity). Fill each bottle with oil so that all ingredients are completely covered.

Seal tightly and keep cool and dark for at least 2 weeks. Then strain through a sieve into another bottle. The oils are now ready to use.
