Mango chutney with strawberries and coriander

Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 1 Mango
- 1 onion
- 100 ml red wine vinegar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 pinches coriander powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 bunch fresh coriander

Wash and stem the strawberries. Peel, halve the mango, separate flesh from pit. Roughly dice both.

Peel the onion and finely dice it. Combine all in a pot. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Finally finely chop fresh coriander and stir into the chutney. Taste and adjust seasoning; spoon into jars if desired and let cool.
