Various Roasted Apples

Ingredients
- 6 beautiful apples
- butter (for greasing the dish)
- 2 tbsp nut nougat cream
- 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp sugar
- almond flakes
- 100 g marzipan base
- 3 tbsp apricot brandy
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- Zest (1 tbsp finely diced each)
- Orange zest (1 tbsp finely diced each)','2 tbsp almond flakes','Powdered sugar (for sweetening)','1 tbsp orange liqueur
Instructions

Wash apples, pat dry and remove cores with a coreer.

Fill 1 (back): mix nut nougat cream and ground hazelnuts, spoon into apples. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 250°C for 25 minutes.

Whisk egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Apply the meringue to the fruit ten minutes before the end of baking to avoid browning. Sprinkle with almond flakes.

Fill 2 (middle): whisk marzipan base with apricot brandy into a smooth paste. Add apricot jam and chopped pine nuts. Spoon into apples. Place in greased dish and bake at 250°C for 25 minutes.

Fill 3 (front): mix orange marmalade with lemon zest, orange zest, and almonds. Sweeten with powdered sugar and perfume with orange liqueur. Spoon into apples. Place in greased dish and bake at 250°C for 25 minutes.
