Ingredients
- 4 medium tart apples
- Lemon juice
- 200 g blood sausage
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- ketchup (for serving)

Wash the apples, remove the core and cut out a bit of flesh. Brush the inside with lemon juice. Dice the flesh and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic cloves and halve them lengthwise.

Peel the blood sausage, finely chop it in a food processor, add the apple flesh and parsley, pulse again briefly, mix, season with salt and pepper, and fill the apples.
