A refreshing dessert featuring fresh fruit cubes from the melon family. Try this and other recipes!
Ingredients
- 200 g red watermelon flesh
- 200 g honeydew melon flesh
- 200 g cantaloupe flesh
- 200 g yellow watermelon flesh
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Cut the flesh into approximately 1.5 cm cubes, arrange them in a checkerboard pattern of four small cubes and place on a dessert plate.

Mix the honey with the vinegar, drizzle over the cubes, and serve.
