Various Appetizers and Wine Glasses (Top View)

Ingredients

• 400 g cream cheese
• 100 g black olives (pitted)
• 200 g pistachios
• 1 bunch parsley
• 2 tbsp thyme leaves (finely chopped)
• Salt
• ground pepper

Instructions

   Finely chop olives and mix into the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and form about 20 equal-sized balls.

2. 2.

   Finely chop pistachios and parsley (optionally in a blender) and mix with thyme. Roll the cream cheese balls in this mixture and lightly press them.
