Ingredients
- 400 g tuna
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Lemon
- 2 tbsp chives sprigs
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Cut tuna, tomatoes and spring onions into fine cubes, mix with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, fold in chopped chives.

Whisk chives, dry shake, blend with vegetable broth, stir in the remaining olive oil at the end. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate the tuna tartare with chive sauce and serve.
