Ingredients
- 500 g oyster mushrooms
- 500 g button mushrooms
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- a splash white wine
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 150 ml Heavy Cream
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms. Roughly tear the oyster mushrooms and leave the button mushrooms whole or cut them into thick slices.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Remove leaves from the parsley stems and roughly chop them.

Sauté the mushrooms in hot butter in a wide pan. Add the garlic briefly and dust with flour. Deglaze with white wine, crumble Gorgonzola over it, and sprinkle with parsley. Then pour in the cream and let it thicken for about 3-4 minutes. Finally season with salt and pepper.
