Tuna Tartare on Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 1 long cucumber
  • 250 g tuna (sushi quality)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
  • lime juice
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber and cut into 3-4 cm thick slices. Use a Parisienne cutter to hollow out each slice, creating a cup.

    Dice the tuna finely.

    Peel, halve, pit, and dice the avocado.

    Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.

    Combine tuna, avocado, chili, ginger, coriander, and grape seed oil. Season with sea salt and lime juice, then fill the cucumber cups. Serve immediately.
