Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh tuna fillet (from the fish shop)
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 150 g purslane
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

    Process the tuna fillet through a meat grinder. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Wash the purslane and pat dry. Clean and wash the spring onions. Slice the lemons into wedges.

    Distribute the tuna onto four plates. Arrange onion rings, purslane, and one spring onion on each plate. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with basil. Provide salt and pepper grinder.
