Thunfisch-Garnelen-Terrine

- 150 g tuna (from the can, in its own liquid)
- Salt
- sugar
- 300 g shrimp (in brine, ready product)
- 8 sheets of white gelatin
- 750 g cream cheese (pure)
- 1 bunch chives (cut into rings)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 20 ml Noilly Prat
- 200 ml whipping cream
- white pepper (from the mill)

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap (edges and bottom). Drain the tuna well. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix the cream cheese with the previously torn tuna and lemon juice, then puree finely. Warm the drained gelatin slightly with Noilly Prat and let it melt. Stir in 2 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture and combine everything into the remaining cream. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Finally add the dry-tipped shrimp and chives rings and mix.

Spread the cream cheese mixture into the pan. Cover the terrine with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours, then pour onto a plate, remove the pan and wrap, and slice into rounds.
