Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 125 ml lukewarm water
- 50 ml olive oil
- 20 g fresh yeast (1/2 cube)
- Salt
- 2 onions
- 1 jar artichoke hearts
- 300 g tuna in juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp tomato sauce (jar)
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Gouda or aged cheese)
- 0.5 bunch Basil
Instructions

Mix flour with water, oil, crumbled yeast and salt in a bowl; knead until elastic dough forms. Cover and let rise at warm spot for about 45 minutes.

Peel onions, halve them, slice into thin rings.

Drain artichokes, halve them, drain tuna and flake it. Knead dough again and roll to fit the baking sheet. Oil the sheet well, place dough on it, spread tomato sauce. Top with onions, artichokes, tuna, sprinkle cheese, bake in oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Before serving, scatter basil leaves.
