Tuna Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 0.125 l lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 150 g mozzarella
- 2 white onions
- 150 g tuna (canned)

Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into some water, pour it into the well, dust with flour and cover for 15 minutes to rise. Add the remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Blanch the tomatoes, cool them, peel the skins off and dice small. In a pot reduce with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Slice mozzarella, drain tuna. Peel onions and cut thin rings.

Oil a pizza pan slightly. Knead the dough again, roll it out and place in the pan. Shape a slightly thicker edge. Preheat oven to 250°C. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, break up tuna and scatter on top. Distribute onion rings. Top with mozzarella slices and drizzle olive oil. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
