Tuna Pizza with Artichokes, Mushrooms, and Capers

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 0.125 l lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 can tuna (in oil)
- 1 small jar artichoke hearts
- 1 large vegetable onion
- 150 g small champignons
- 2 tbsp capers
- 300 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g mozzarella
- 0.5 bunch oregano

Sift flour into a bowl, press a well in the center. Crumble yeast into some water, pour into the well, dust with flour and cover for 15 minutes to rise. Add remaining water with salt and oil and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Blanch tomatoes, cool, peel skins off, dice small, simmer with 1 tbsp oil in a pot until reduced, season with salt and pepper. Slice mozzarella. Drain artichoke hearts, halve them. Clean mushrooms, cut thick stems, slice finely. Peel onion, cut into thin rings. Drain tuna and flake with a fork.
