Ingredients

  • 0.5 cube fresh yeast (21 g)
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • flour (for working)
  • oil (for the pizza tray)
  • 250 g passata tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 60 g black olives
  • 100 g ham (sliced)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 150 g marinated artichokes
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Basil

Instructions

  1. 1.

Stir the yeast in about 175 ml lukewarm water with the sugar, then add the flour, salt and olive oil to a mixing bowl and first knead with the dough hooks of an electric mixer, then by hand into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place.

  2. 2.

Knead the dough well on a floured work surface, divide it into quarters and roll out into round pizza bases. Place each on the greased pizza tray, forming a small edge around the rim. Let rise again for 15 minutes.

  3. 3.

Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

  4. 4.

Whisk the passata with 1 tbsp olive oil and spread evenly over the pizza dough. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends and slice them like the mozzarella. Top the pizza with these slices and distribute olives on top. Cut the ham into wide strips. Clean the mushrooms, slice them and arrange them with the ham and drained artichokes on the pizzas. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle oregano over it and drizzle remaining oil.

  5. 5.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
