Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta
  • arugula leaf
  • 150 g best tuna (canned, natural or poached salmon)
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, placing them skin-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle each half with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and a touch of oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15–20 minutes, remove, and let cool.

  2. 2.

Wash the arugula and pat dry; trim any tough stems.

  3. 3.

Drain the tuna, pat dry, and roughly flake it.

  4. 4.

Cut eight slices from the Ciabatta. Layer four slices first with arugula, then with tuna, topping each with two tomato halves. Place the remaining slices on top and secure with toothpicks.
