Salmon Panini with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 4 paninis
  • 8 leaves head lettuce
  • 4 cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 75 g sour cream
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

    Slice the bread and toast in a toaster.

    Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry, and cut into halves. Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips.

    Whisk the sour cream with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel it, and slice the flesh into thin strips.

    Fill the toasted bread with lettuce and sour cream. Arrange the salmon, tomato, and avocado slices on top and close the sandwiches.
