Tuna Pizza

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- flour (for shaping)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g fresh yeast (half a cube)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 500 g diced tomatoes (canned, pack)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 2 onions
- 300 g tuna (natural, 2 cans)
- 80 g freshly grated Bergkäse cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- oil (for the baking sheet)
Instructions

Add flour to a bowl and mix with salt and oil.

Whisk yeast into about 150 ml lukewarm water until smooth, add to the flour mixture and knead with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet, leaving thicker edges. Chop capers, mix with tomatoes and oregano, season with salt and pepper.

Spread three‑quarters of the sauce over the dough. Peel onions and slice into rings. Drain tuna, flake it, mix with onions and spread over the tomato sauce. Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle cheese and drizzle olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (bottom heating) for about 25–30 minutes.
