Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- Salt
- black truffle (to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt (for sprinkling)

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Wash, peel, and parboil the potatoes in plenty of salted water. Drain and let them dry. Slice the potatoes into fan‑shaped cuts without cutting all the way through. Finely shave the truffle. Place truffle slices into the potato cuts and drizzle each with a little oil.

Arrange on a parchment paper‑lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with sea salt before serving and serve.
