Ingredients
- 1 zucchini (ca. 300 g)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 125 g Gorgonzola
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 package tortellini (with ham)

Wash the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, then slice crosswise. Wash and halve the tomatoes. If needed, remove seeds from the cheese and cut into small pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Steam the zucchini slices until just tender. Add the tomatoes and warm briefly, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Warm the cream with mustard in a small pot, add Gorgonzola and Parmesan, and let melt. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, mix with the vegetables, and serve on plates with the cheese sauce.
