Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 anchovy fillets (in oil)
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp truffle paste (jar)
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Peel the garlic and finely chop the well-drained anchovies. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Roast the pine nuts in a hot pan without oil until golden yellow, remove, cool, and chop. Heat the olive oil in the pan and sauté the garlic with the anchovies, then stir in the truffle paste. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan with the pine nuts and parsley, toss everything well, season with pepper, taste, and serve on preheated plates.
