Tagliatelle with Ham Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salz
  • 250 g Parmaschinken
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 250 ml Schlagsahne
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 40 g Rucola

Instructions

    Gently boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Slice the ham into 2 cm wide strips and then cut into 3 cm long pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sauté it with 2 EL olive oil until translucent. Add the ham, cook for 1-2 minutes, pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes while stirring.

    Wash, rinse, dry, and pat the arugula.

    Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce, toss well, and serve on preheated plates. Sprinkle with arugula and finish with a dusting of pepper.
