Ingredients
- 300 g zucchini
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 100 g whipping cream
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml poultry stock
- 1 bunch Basil
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g flour
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 400 g tagliatelle
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Wash, trim and dice the zucchini. In hot oil sauté for about 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Whisk together cream, milk and stock. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and blend with about 5 tbsp of the cream mixture. Foam butter, whisk in flour, cook until pale. Pour remaining cream mixture while stirring and bring to a boil. Add peas and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Stir cheese into the sauce. Add zucchini cubes, basil puree and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve over drained pasta.
