Ingredients

  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 200 g low‑fat milk yogurt
  • 1 tsp wheat bran
  • Salt
  • 1 cocktail cherry

Instructions

    Brew the tomato hot, peel it, cut a slice and set aside.

    Blend the remaining part with yogurt, wheat bran, and salt; pour into a glass.
