- 0.5 bundle arugula
- 8 slices Bündner meat
- 8 small skewers

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Wash the arugula, rinse it, spin dry, and remove any tough stems.

Lay out the Bündner meat on a plate, top each piece with some arugula, loosely roll, and skewer between two tomato halves. Arrange decoratively.
