Carrot Beetroot Juice and Tomato Juice with Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 8 carrots
  • 6 beetroot
  • grape seed oil
  • 2 tbsp beetroot sprouts
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower sprouts

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and clean all vegetable ingredients.

    Coarsely dice the carrots and beetroot and place them in a juicer. Mix the juice with grape seed oil and pour into two glasses. Sprinkle beetroot sprouts on top.

    Juice the tomatoes as well and distribute over two glasses. Top with sunflower sprouts and serve immediately.
