- 6 tomatoes
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Red Onion
- 150 g goat soft cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- basil (for garnish)

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends and slice them. Peel the avocados, halve them, remove the pits and slice the flesh. Arrange the tomato and avocado slices decoratively in bowls. Peel the onion, dice finely and sprinkle over the fruit. Slice the cheese into rounds and distribute on top.

For the dressing whisk together lemon juice with oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with basil.
