Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 800 g peeled Tomatoes (canned)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper (from the grinder)
  • 1 tsp seasoned broth
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, oregano)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Peel carrot and dice very small.

    Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic cubes. Add carrot cubes and ground beef, cook until crumbly. Add tomatoes, crush them, stir in tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes. Season sauce with salt, pepper, broth, and herbs to taste.
