Ingredients

  • 3 bunches parsley
  • 1 peeled garlic clove
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the parsley and shake dry.
