- 1 bundle parsley
- fresh mint
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp capers
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp horseradish mustard
- Lemon (juice)
- 150 ml olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
