Ingredients

  • 1 bundle parsley
  • fresh mint
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp horseradish mustard
  • Lemon (juice)
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

    Blend all remaining ingredients in a blender, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
