Ingredients
- 350 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g seedless red grapes
- 50 g black olives
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a pinch of sugar
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions

Wash, clean and finely slice the tomatoes. Wash the grapes and cut them into small pieces. Chop the olives. Peel the onion and garlic; dice the onion finely and mince the garlic. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix with lime juice, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar, then let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Add the coriander leaves, taste, and serve.
